We work with platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, and other business systems to help clients streamline sales, service, reporting, and customer management processes.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support the growth of SysGenik’s consulting services.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to businesses, qualifying opportunities, and helping build a strong sales pipeline for SysGenik.

This is a remote, commission-based role suitable for someone who is confident in business development, outreach, lead generation, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients who may need CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, automation, integration, or digital transformation services.

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other approved sales channels.

• Contact prospects and introduce SysGenik’s services in a professional and clear manner.

• Qualify leads based on business needs, project requirements, budget, and timeline.

• Schedule discovery calls or meetings with qualified prospects.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Support proposal follow-ups and opportunity tracking.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and potential clients.

• Represent SysGenik professionally in all client-facing communication.

• Work towards agreed sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client outreach is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with remote work and self-managed tasks.

• Ability to understand business needs and position technology services effectively.

• Experience selling IT services, CRM services, Salesforce, Zoho, SaaS, consulting, or digital solutions is an asset.

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, and online research.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple prospects.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
